There are various payment options for topping-up your credit on the server hellshare.com – you can pay by SMS, Paypal, bank transfer or by credit card. If you pay by bank transfer, you need to specify the transfer with your user ID number, and we will top up your account as soon as we get the confirmation from the bank, which might take a few days.
In case credit is topped up to a wrong account (for example by typing a wrong user ID when paying by a bank transfer), or when trasaction comes with other error, please contact our support at hellen@hellshare.com and state more details about the error including type and time of error, and we will investigate it in the next 24 hours on working days and correct the error.
